WeVideo is a cloud-based video- and audio-editing platform that is our recommended tool collaborative video and podcast projects. Getting an account through Bryn Mawr's site license removes limitations on free accounts (for example, the WeVideo watermark and storage/export limits), gives you access to premium features, including libraries of stock footage, images and music.
Before you start, you will need either:
- a Bryn Mawr username and password (Bryn Mawr students, faculty and staff and students from Swarthmore or other colleges who are enrolled in Bryn Mawr courses)
- Haverford students enrolled in Bryn Mawr courses can set up their Haverford-provided Office365 account or choose Log in with Google instead of Office365, and log in with their Haverford credentials
- Go to WeVideo's sign-in page.
- Click Log in with Office 365 (Haverford students, see note above).
- Log in using your BMC or Haverford email address and password
If you are not automatically added to Bryn Mawr College's license, which would give you access to all of the premium features, please email help@brynmawr.edu, and we will send you a code and instructions for connecting it Bryn Mawr's license.
You can tell that you are not on the College's license if you see Upgrade in your top menu bar or your videos have a WeVideo watermark.
