ChemDraw: Access and installation



This article reviews what ChemDraw is and how you can access it!

What is ChemDraw?

ChemDraw is a molecule editor used by Students and Faculty across various departments.

In public labs and classrooms

ChemDraw is available on all public lab and classroom computers.

  1. Open ChemDraw
  2. When prompted, select Activation codescreenshot of a pop-up window with an arrow pointing to the activation code option
  3. Click Continue

Note: This pop-up box may appear each time the program is opened.

On your devices

ChemDraw can be installed on both College and personal devices.

  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. Navigate to the ChemDraw subscription gallery
  3. In the search box, type in Bryn Mawr College and press Enter

  4. Click Register

  5. Enter the following information and click Submit
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Home Address
    • Organization Email Address: your College email
  6. Look for the following email and follow the instructions within
    • Sender: RevvitySignals@flexnetoperations.com
    • Subject: Verify your email
  7. Look for the following email and follow the instructions within
    • Sender: RevvitySignals@flexnetoperations.com
    • Subject: Set your password
  8. Click Back to Download Center1

  9. Login with your College email and password from Step 7
  10. On the left, click List Downloads

  11. Click ChemOffice+ STD & SNB Bundle
  12. Click Date Available and select the newest ChemOffice+ Bundlescreenshot of an arrow pointing to a chemdraw link
  13. On the right, click the file name(s) for any files you need
    • Windows : ChemDraw_Suite_23.1.2.exe
    • macOS : cd23.1.2.dmg
  14. Download and follow the instructions in the Product User Guide and Product Activation User Guide
