Adobe Creative Cloud: Personal Devices

Faculty and full-time staff are able to use the Adobe Creative Cloud software suite on their personal computers. For information about using Creative Cloud on College computers, see Adobe Creative Cloud: College Computers.

Before You Start, you will need the following:

  • faculty or full-time staff status
  • a laptop or desktop computer with internet access

What is Creative Cloud (CC)?

Creative Cloud is Adobe’s suite of productivity software, including Acrobat, Photoshop, Premiere, Lightroom, Illustrator, and more. You can learn more at Adobe Creative Cloud.

Install Adobe CC software

  1. Navigate to Adobe’s Creative Cloud Portal
  2. Enter your College email address and click Continue
  3. Login with your College email and password
  4. Click View all

  5. a) For a single application:
    Find your desired application and click Install

    b) For multiple applications:
    We suggest downloading the Creative Cloud app and then installing additional applications (e.g., Acrobat, Photoshop, etc.) from there.

Update Adobe CC software

If Adobe Creative Cloud is installed...

If Adobe Creative Cloud isn't installed...

  1. Open the application you’d like to update
  2. In the top-left corner, click Help
  3. Click Check for Updates
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to download and install the latest updates
