Helperbird: Install and get pro features

This article reviews the steps to help readers to install and set up Helperbird. Helperbird provides personalized support for reading, writing, and browsing the web, which allows users to change web screens to their needs. Specifically, by recreating web pages, PDFs, and documents accessible, Helperbird helps users to improve their productivity without learning difficulties.

Important: Before setting up your Helperbird account, avoid signing up using your Google account. Follow the instructions below to use Helperbird's Premium features under Bryn Mawr's license.

Install Helperbird

  1. Visit
  2. On the main page, click Try for free on the top right to download the Helperbird extension.
  3. Select your preferred browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge).

  4. On the pop-up page that appears, click Add the Extension 
  5. You have installed Helperbird.   

Set up Helperbird Pro

Once you have installed the extension following the steps in the last section:

  1. Click the extension button on the top right of the page to open up the Helperbird extension on your browser. 
  2. Click on the Helperbird icon.

  3. You will see a pop-up page. Click on the settings icon on the top right of this page.

  4. Under Settings, go to Account
  5. Under Account, scroll down the page until you see the section labeled Subscription Key 
  6. Under Subscription Key, paste this key: 53616c7465645f5f9f10e134108fdccc2005595079cea744ea6b1fa92b6da8b5 
  7. Click Save. 
  8. You are now able to use all features on Helperbird.
