Overleaf: Get a premium account

Overleaf is a web-based platform for creating and publishing documents in LaTeX and Rich Text format. Basic accounts are free, but have some feature limitations. Bryn Mawr College faculty, students and staff who need access to premium features can now get a premium account through the College's group educational license.

Request a Premium Account

  1. Create a free Overleaf account with your Bryn Mawr College (BMC) email.
Note: If you already have an Overleaf account, add your Bryn Mawr College (BMC) email to your Overleaf account if it's not already included. The BMC email does not need to be the primary email on the account for you to be added to Bryn Mawr's premium plan.
  1. Email help@brynmawr.edu to request a premium account. A member of LITS will upgrade your account and let you know when the process is complete.
  2. After you have been added to BMC's license, cancel your individual license if you have one. Otherwise, Overleaf may continue to bill you for it.
